All license fees are subject to government increases and exchange rate fluctuations.
Game wounded and not recovered are considered taken and trophy fee is payable.
Hunting quota is limited by government and subject to license availability.

Due to massive Global fluctuations in the prices of fuel and crude oil, Kgori Safaris reserve the right to charge a nominal fuel levy, in the situation where the fuel prices has escalated over 20% since quotation/contract.

Deposit of 30% of the Hunting Package is essential to confirm the booking.
This deposit is non-refundable, if hunt is canclled within 120 calander days prior to start of safari.
Balance of daily rates and Licence Fees is to be paid 30 days prior to commnencement of safari.
100% refund less 5% handeling fee is given, if hunt is cancelled 365 days prior to start of safari.
50% refund given, if hunt cancelled between 365 and 120 days priot to safari.
Trophy Fees for additional animals taken are payable after completion of safari on return to Maun.
Payments can be made with Cash, Traveler's Cheque, Telex Transfer, Visa & Master Card.

Transport by hunting vehicle from Maun to and from hunting camp and in the hunting area.
Personal Professional Hunter and his fully equipped vehicle.
Accommodation in fully staffed camp.
Daily laundry service.
All meals and beverages.
Field preparation, tagging and transport of trophies to trophy shipper in Maun.
